BDO General’s Accessories (Black Desert Online)

BDO General’s Accessories help Black Desert Online players who are level 53+ with an easy to enhance Generals Belt, Generals Earring, or Generals Ring. The enhancement success chance is 100%, but requires a quest chain completion, in which each quest is level restricted and has other requirements. At level 58, you can enhance General Accessories to PEN. Enhancement of General Accessories is completed by using Fierce Fighting Spirit Stone obtained via Black Spirit quests.

Lets find out how General Accessories measure up!

General Accessories in PVP:
General Accessories are similar to the Asula Accessories because they lack normal AP required for PVP. The AP from enhancing General Accessories is all Monster AP, which will hurt you when you want Attack Power in PVP. Enhancing General Accessories gives Accuracy as well. The nice thing about Asula, is that it at least has some base AP. General Accessories have only 1 base AP and the rest is Monster AP, which makes them worse than Asula for PVP battles.

General Accessories in PVE
They are fairly decent for PVE. General Accessories might be a nice accessory piece for players that only have unenhanced blue grade accessories. It would also make a good compliment to a full 5-piece Asula Set. This set isn’t considered viable for long term, or an end game option, but it can help you get the gear you need for PVP. The normal AP Monkey blue grade accessories are more powerful than the General Accessories after both are enhanced to +5. (Examples: Witch’s Earring, Mark of Shadow, Tree Spirit Belt)

General Accessories Quest Line

The first Black Spirit quest in the chain will reward you with your pick of the 3 General Accessories. The rest of the Black Spirit quest line will reward you with 5 items that will allow you to enhance.

Quest Requirement: King of the Arena quest series. The following General Accessories quest chain requirement begins at NPC Konah, located in Altinova. Open quest window (O), go to Suggested tab. Click on the first quest and click navigate.

5. Unstoppable Thirst for Power #4: Level 58+

Generals Belt

Lets see how the Generals Belt measures up! It has 1 more AP than the Tree Spirit Belt, but has 6 less Accuracy. Compared to the Asula Belt, it’s very similar, except the Asula Belt’s AP would be better in PVP. The Generals Belt has 20 less LT than the Asula Belt.

A +5, the Generals Belt has 2 more AP and 1 more Accuracy, but has 3 less DP and DR compared to the Asula Belt. Generals Belt has no set bonuses either. (Asula has +20 Accuracy and +300 HP.) For your reference, Generals Belt has 2 less AP and 26 less Accuracy than Tree Spirit Belt, when both are at +5 enhancement.

Generals Earring

Lets compare the unenhanced Generals Earring to a player favorite, the Witch’s Earring. The Generals Earring has 1 more AP, but 1 less Accuracy. The Generals Earring has 1 less AP than the Asula’s Earring and 25 less HP, but has 1 more Accuracy. It’s hard to compete with the Asula Set’s +20 Accuracy and +300 HP bonus.

Fully enhanced to +5, the Generals Earring has 1 more AP and 3 more Accuracy, but looses to the Asula Earring’s DP, DR, and HP. Generals Earring has no set bonuses of 300 HP and +20 Accuracy either. For your reference, Generals Earring has 2 less AP than Witch’s Earring and 5 less Accuracy when both are at +5 enhancement.

Generals Ring

Lets compare the unenhanced Generals Ring to a player favorite, the Mark of Shadow. The Generals Ring has 1 more AP, but 1 less Accuracy. The Generals Ring has 1 less AP than the Asula’s Ring and 2 less DR and DP, but has 1 more Accuracy. We also have to consider the Asula Set’s +20 Accuracy and +300 HP bonus.

Fully enhanced to +5, the Generals Ring has 1 more AP and 3 more Accuracy, but looses to the Asula Ring’s +2 DP and DR. Generals Ring has no set bonuses of 300 HP and +20 Accuracy either. For your reference, Generals Ring has 2 less AP than Mark of Shadow and 5 less Accuracy when both are at +5 enhancement.

Which General Accessory is Best?

I chose the Generals Belt. I have had terrible luck getting the Asula Belt at Elrics. You can still wear Generals Belt with 5 pieces of the Asula Set to get the Asula Set bonus. (2 Asula Earrings, 2 Rings, and 1 Necklace) A +5 Generals Belt has 2 more AP and 1 more Accuracy. The 3 less DP and DR compared to the +5 Asula Belt doesn’t bother me much. Although the 20 less LT isn’t anything to brag about as I’m lugging home the goods! 🙂

If you don’t enjoy questing, then I don’t recommend General Accessories, since you have to complete a couple long quest lines. If grinding is your game, then stick to Asula until you can enhance something better. Good luck!
