Summer Nights Festival 2021 is located at Terrmian Beach, Northwest of the quaint town of Olvia. On your map, look for a round event icon that is titled Terrmian Night Market, Event Area.
During the event only, you can take a hot air balloon from Altinova to Terrmian Beach. Otherwise, get there by running, riding, sailing, or teleporting to Olvia (takes 1 hour) from any major city.
Fishing at Terrmian Beach ~ Koi
Terrmian Beach Events are famous for fishing! Catch the rare Koi (worth 500k) and the Golden Sea Perch (worth 10 million). Vendor these rare fish at any NPC that has a shop and rake in the silver. Bring your best fishing pole and gear. Try to come as close to +5 fishing skill as you can, and don’t forget to summon pets that increase fishing XP and skill, and decrease Auto-Fishing Time if you plan to afk fish.
The highlighted area on the map shows where Koi and Golden Sea Perch are biting, but don’t worry about finding the right areas…just afk fish where everyone else is. Be sure you are in a safe area if you are over level 49. The area near the cannon quest is a combat area. Check your mini map’s title to be sure. If the title is light blue in color, you are in a protected area. If the title is light red, you can be killed by other players.

Receive a Splish Splash housing decoration (100 interior points) by completing the questline in the chart below. This questline can only be completed once per family during the event.

Purchase a Terrmian Matchlock from the booth if you don’t already have one. Right mouse click to load the gun with ammo, aim, and fire with left mouse button. Shoot down a Terrmian Wing Balloon. Durability of the Terrmian Matchlock decreases only when you land a hit, so save it for the next day. |

Purchase a Cannon Assembly from Rose for 5 energy. Purchase 5 Coconut Cannonballs from Rose for 1 Coral Coin. Set up Cannon Assembly in the water next to Rose. Press F5 to open Cannon’s inventory and place 1 to 5 Cannonballs inside. Cannonballs can’t be removed once placed inside Cannon, so if you hit the floating Scarecrow on the first shot, the remaining Cannonballs will be lost. Engage the Cannon (R key) and study the Key UI that appears on your screen to learn how to move, aim, and fire the Cannon. For more detailed instructions with pictures, see below. |

Further Instructions on How to Man the Terrmian Event Cannon
Positioning Cannon
Move the cannon forward and backward with S and W keys. Swing the cannon left or right with the A and D keys. It is normal to have some delay because of the animation. Swinging the cannon left or right may feel backwards, but it really isn’t. 
If you go in deep water or leave your cannon unattended for too long, it may fall apart in the water. If that happens, simply go back to Rose and get another one for 5 energy. Position the cannon and direct it towards a condensed group of floating scarecrows so your cannonball is more likely to hit one of them.
Angling and Charging Cannon
When your cannon is in position, press SHIFT + S keys to angle the cannon UP or SHIFT + W to angle the cannon DOWN. Keep the SHIFT key pressed! When the angle is to your liking, press the LEFT MOUSE button to charge the cannon. A charging bar will appear and scale up to 100 at its max charge. The further up you aim and the longer you charge, the further the cannon shot will go. Releasing the SHIFT key during angle or charge will cancel the shot and you will have to start over. If you discover that your SHIFT is not working and you aren’t able to angle or charge, check to be sure you have at least 1 cannonball in your cannon. 
Firing Cannon
I find that if I assemble the Cannon slightly north of the inlet’s mouth and position it in front of a group of condensed Scarecrows, aim high (SHIFT + S key), power up (Shift + LEFT) the cannon until the white bar is full or nearly full, then shoot (release mouse button), I usually hit on the first try. This usually takes a little practice to get the hang of. Don’t give up!
