IMPORTANT TIP: The Dokkebi’s Lost Belongings knowledge loot from fishing will be given immediately the first time you fish in the correct spot.
- Positioning can be very touchy for some of these fishing locations. So if you catch a fish the first time, this lets you know your character is in the wrong direction or spot. Even moving one step and trying in almost the same location can help.
- When you continue to fish in the same spot after obtaining the knowledge, you will only get the same knowledge drop over and over again.
- You can use AFK fishing or active fishing. The key combos for the Dokkebi knowledge drop was very easy and usually there is only 2 or 3 key presses needed for active fishing.
Dokkebi’s Lost Belongings 8-1 (Knowledge Fishing)
Goal Text: Find the Dokkebi’s Lost Belongings in Hanji County.
Nearby Node: NE of Hanji County
Details: There is a stone pathway over the river to the most northern island. Stand in the middle of the pathway and make sure you are facing SE before you start fishing. (Facing the opposite way, NW doesn’t work.)
Dokkebi’s Lost Belongings 8-2 (Knowledge Fishing)
Goal Text: Find the Dokkebi’s Lost Belongings in Byukgye Island.
Nearby Node: Byukgye Island
Details: sail to the large rock off of the eastern shore of the island. Make sure you are standing on the part of the rock that has some shallow water over it. You will be facing west toward the island.
Dokkebi’s Lost Belongings 8-4 (Knowledge Fishing)
Goal Text: Find the Dokkebi’s Lost Belongings in Byeot County
Nearby Node: south of Nopsae’s Byeot County
Details: Fish at the base of a waterfall south of the village. Stand on a ledge on the southern bank of the river, facing the village. This spot seemed really tricky. You have to fish in just the right spot. You can’t be too close to the edge of the ledge or too far left or right.
Swim across the river to reach this ledge. You can get up to the ledge from the right side.
