The secret cave located southwest of Eastern Gateway node has a total of 7 Truffle nodes. There are also various other mushroom nodes.
This secret cave has 1 entrance. See map above for entrance location. You may need to crouch to access the cave entrance and the altar room. Press the Q key to crouch. If you need to get even lower, press the Spacebar to lay down on your tummy. You can move around while crouched or laying.
There’s a chance to proc 1 additional Truffle mushroom when a Hedgehog or Pwudgy Llama pet is summoned.
