Ravinia is the NPC that allows you to spend Crow Coins obtained from level 5 Bartering. Her Crow Coin Shop is located on Crow’s Nest, an island in Ross Sea.
Ravinia has a line of Sailing quests that will give you half of many of the materials for upgrading Epheria Sailboat/Frigate to Caravel/Galleass.
where can i see that npc
You can’t see her because the island is on the part of the map where u need a compass.
To get to her get between Timberra and Lerao and go North… you can see the island. From Port continue North trough the cave she is in front of a door. If you do the Crows nest quest line you will find her and the rest of the NPC on that area.
She is inside the mountain at Crows Nest north of Tinberra Island it looks like a volcano it is not labeled on the map and looks like a forbidden area
