Worker Skills

Worker Skills can greatly influce a workers performance. With the correct skills, you can potentially turn a 20 minute job into a 10 minute job.

Workers Gain 1 skill per 5 levels:

  • 1 Skill at Level 1
  • 2 Skills at Level 5
  • 3 Skills at Level 10
  • 4 Skills at Level 15
  • 5 Skills at Level 20
  • 6 Skills at Level 25
  • 7 Skills at Level 30
  • 8 Skills at Level 35
  • 9 Skills at Level 40
  • Permanent Delivery Skill at level 40

TOTAL SKILLS: 10 (Named Amity workers have 1 extra skill.)

A skill can be swapped out periodically, after your worker reaches level 30. This costs 20% worker exp and you are given a random skill in exchange.

Worker Skills help the worker with Movement Speed, Work Speed, and have other special abillities that can really help you speed up work time.

    Worker Skill Example:

The image below is a good example of how worker skills make a difference. Look at the node info window and you can see that it shows a Workspeed of 151. This is the Workpeed of the Goblin with his worker skills applied. The Goblin’s base Workspeed is shown as 143 and it is not enough to cover the node’s full Workload of 298. But with his skills, he is able to trim off 10 minutes. Without his skills, the job would have taken another tick for him to complete. (or 39 minutes)

Workers that are level 40 will permanently have a Trasnport skill called “Delivery.”

Delivery skill allows workers to transport goods from the productin node to a storage of your choice.

After selecting the production node, find where it shows “Destination” and choose the city where you want that worker’s goods to be stored.

    Worker Skill Stacking

Worker Skills stack with each other, but the same skills will not be repeated. For example, you can’t obtain two Farm Knowledge (Work Speed +5).

Worker skills that have the same name, but different grade, can stack.

    Examples:

Work Supervisor A will stack with Work Supervisor B for a total of +5 Workspeed.

It’s impossible to obtain 2 Work Supervisor A’s for a total of +6.

The image of the Artisan Human is one of my favorite workers because of his skill set and class.

    • +11 Total Workspeed
    • +23% Movement Speed

When I am rerolling skills, I usually try to find the skills that improve Movement Speed and Workspeed.

    Worker Skill Change

Worker Skills can be exchanged until you obtain the skill set you desire.

    Skill Change Requirements:

    • Worker level 30 to 40
    • 20% or more of Worker EXP bar full

When a worker reaches level 30 with 20% of his experience bar full, you can roll to replace one of his skills. You can do this 5 times if your worker has a full 100% EXP bar at level 30.

How to Exchange a Worker Skill:

Click the square pickaxe button on the All Worker List window to the far right of his portrait. (He can’t be currently busy in a work cycle.)

Choose the weakest skill you want to replace and press the Confirm button. He will randomly receive a different skill outside the skills he already knows.
