The <Star-loving> Llama is a rare wild animal you can hunt with a matchlock. It can be found in the mountains east of Duvencrune in Drieghan.
Rare hunting mobs are difficult to find, but drop an unusual amount of loot from butchering them. Respawn is randomly between 12 and 24 hours.
The map below shows one confirmed spawn location.
Star-loving Llama Hunting Mechanics
Star-loving Llama is the most difficult rare wild animal to locate and find.
- He is found on mountain tops that are challenging to climb.
- He is only visible during the in-game night cycle (shows as 10PM to 7AM above your mini map)

Star-loving Llama Knowledge and Titles
The first time you kill the Star-loving Llama, you will gain knowledge under the category: Ecology > Rare Hunting Guide.
Completion of this category will allow you to obtain the Rare Hunting Guide from Lacy which then allows you to exchange energy for Manor Olvian Furniture designs.
You also have a chance to obtain 3 different titles while killing Star-loving Llama:
– Pat Pat
– Cuddly-Wuddly
– Nom Nom
Star-loving Llama Loot
Butchering the Star-loving Llama yields Llama Meat, Llama Blood, Llama Hide, Hard and Sharp Black Crystal Shards, Spirit Pouch of Ferocious Beast, and Energy-exuding Hide which is used to craft Manor Olvian Furniture. Hunting mastery makes a difference in the amount of each loot type and gives you the chance to obtain rare hunting loot like Sharp Tooth and Supreme Hide. Low mastery can still proc high mastery loot rarely as a crit.

Llamas in Drieghan are very curious creatures, but also weary of people. The Star-loving Llama in particular is very cautious, and will stay hidden during the day only to emerge at night to climb to the mountain tops and marvel at the night sky.
Behr Gossip:
Llama: There’s an odd llama near Duvencrune. Located at the peaks of the mountains where the sky can be seen clear. They enjoy looking at the stars just like humans. Arent they so cute tho?

One more thing, does it instantly spawn at night or should I be sitting around for a bit insted of channel hopping?
It spawns during the game night time. I would wait a bit after logging in just to give the computer a chance to load everything. Good llama hunting. 🙂 Those titles are worth the effort! LOL!
