You can obtain the Heavenly Essence and Ancient Magic Crystal of Nature – Fighting Spirit/Sturdiness/Giant from the Mountain of Eternal Winter. You can use the Heavenly Essence item to obtain the following Olucas Crystals.

Use Processing (L) → Simple Alchemy on certain Cooking and Elixir items with the Ouk Pill of Time and Tide to craft “Marvelous” dishes and draughts.

Ouk Pill of Time and Tide has a low chance to drop from the Mountain of Eternal Winter region. You can also exchange 25 Oxiterr Crystals for 1.

Starlit Jade’s Breath has a low chance to drop from defeating monsters in Jade Starlight Forest, which is a 280 AP grinding spot.
