Labreska’s Helmet arrived with a new zone, Mountain of Eternal Winter (Everfrost) on 4-6-22.
Labreska Helm is a best in slot helmet, with superior DP, achieving the highest Evasion and Damage Reduction.
It is a red grade defensive helm that is similar to PEN: Blackstar Helmet, but can be enhanced 5 times to surpass it.

Labreska’s Helmet is obtained via an exchange quest by any level 56+ character, with the correct items. The prerequisite quest requirements also appear to be quite extensive. (100+ quests from Mountain of Eternal Winter)
Labreska’s Helmet has also been called “Fallen God Helmet” and “Slumbering Origin Helmet.”
NOTE: You can purchase Labreska’s Helmet and its related materials on the Marketplace for silver.
Labreska’s Helmet is part of the Slumbering Origin Armor Set, which gives added set effects if two or more pieces are worn.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Monster Damage Reduction and Monster AP is very important, but is easily overlooked.
- Monster AP and DR is helpful during PVE, but not in PVP.
- Both red grade helmets have superior PVE stats when MDR is added.
- MDR gives an Item Effect of +10 Monster Damage Reduction and a possible 2 Set Effect: +10 Monster Damage Reduction.

Labreska’s Helmet starts out with similar stats as PEN: Blackstar Helmet, but can be upgraded 5 more times.

Flawless Chaotic Black Stone x 1 - Enhancement Failure costs 30 Max Durability and lowers the enhancement level by one.
- Cron Stones can be used to protect from downgrading (cost starting at 1500 Crons)

Hello there 🙂 I may have jumped the gun on that one! I think it was stated by a translator in the Calpheon Ball, that it would take “a couple months” for an English translation, but according to bdfoundry’s page, it states, “approx March.” So we’ll see! Hopefully, sooner rather than later that everything will be translated for us English folks. So early 2022 and leave it at that, until a solid date is given. LOL! Can you do the helmet questline twice on the same character? Or is it once per character?
Hello 🙂 It seems like there are no other requirements except for the level, Flame of Frost, and quest requirements. However, I’m unable to confirm if this is a 1 time per character quest or not. I just did some research of patch notes and database entries and it doesn’t look like it is one per character so far, but I may be wrong. I don’t have two Flame of Frost and two PEN boss to test at the moment. 🙂
Confirming you can do this on same char twice. Caveat is that for 2nd helm I used a giath, for the first helm I used griffon. The quest is specifically named based on the helmet you use so it’s POSSIBLE still that you can’t use the same c10 helmet twice. But at least I can confirm you can acquire the helm more than once on one character and avoid doing the the eternal winter quests all over again.
