Are the Rewards Worth the Costs?
The rewards for Dorin Morgin’s Adventure Log are nice. The stat buffs are superior to Deve’s Adventure Log. If you have the gear on hand anyway, it’s well worth the price for permanent stat increases.
It’s simple to just buy all that you need from the Marketplace, but it’s not cheap.
The temporary item drop buffs can get as high as 20%. But it’s hard to tell if this would actually pay for the millions it might cost you.
And can anyone grind for 24 hours straight, in order to pay this pricey buff off? Hmmm…

Could you be able to convert seasonal tuvala into boss gear and then deliver it to Dorin??
yes, but remember you have to convert a tri tuvala directly to a duo boss gear, because after you convert it, you can only upgrade through Jettina’s quest, and you can’t downgrade a tet or a tri back to duo
except yes you can downgrade them like any boss gear lol.
Yes, you can convert seasonal to boss and give them in. Just did it with dim tree armor.
FTR. he’s not taking my DUO hadid haladie (no crystals, full dura)….Clearly the devs forgot to make this new-ish weapon usable for this log entry, Annoying anyway. It’s green grade…. I bought a Quitar Kunai duo instead.
Total would be 2b-2,5b… Lets say you get about 80m/h with some decent gear thats alot of hours XD (8h daily grind with 80m is 640m, that would weekly net 4,5b) But, let’s be real… If you grind alot you probably can get that green stuff and the blackstones ez without buying and I know there’s people making 1b a day with barter for example so for some this would be about a week grind (combat or life). But if you’re not that geared yet or new at the game I think this would be a very hard pill to… Read more »
A guru level cook gets 1,5 B weekly just from imperial delivery. 2 billion is nothing. Consider cost of going fom TRI accs to TET accs for 3 AP per piece- 2B for 1 ap and stuff is worth it 🙂
Well, 1.5b a week from guru imperial boxes is a lot for a normal BDO player. You’d have to have guru 45+ cooking at-least with softcap manos accessories aka tri to make that much if not more, mastery needed to pull that amount of silver a week, tbh. Don’t forget the opportunity cost of gathering your own mats to make those guru boxes, which most of us lifeskillers do. Most people at least on NA don’t have that high of cooking level. I think this journal is eventually going to be worth, once you’re in the pen combat accessories stages… Read more »
A hardcore guru cook gets SIGNIFICANTLY more than 1,5b a week.
This adventure book is meant for those that wants to reach for the very brutal brackets. For those people, 1 AP is worth billions upon billions of silver.
People who in need of these types of high-cost adventure books makes about 100 to 400m/h via PvE, depending on the spot knowledge and if they are undisturbed.
the 1 AP you get from this is pretty much invaluable.
Much much better and easier than that awful deves logbook
You don’t need to grind 24 hours straight to fully use the drop rate buffs. They stop counting when you log out or switch characters.
Nice tip. Thanks! 🙂
Just to note. You do not need to do these in order. So if you just want the AP/DP bump, you only need to turn in the two DUO items. Saves a chunk of money.
Hello 🙂 Thanks for the tip!
The first page requires both 30 Weapon Black Stones and 30 Armor Black Stones, not either one of the two as the article currently implies.
Hello 🙂 Thanks for the comment. Would you happen to have a screenshot or video of this? According to my research it was one or the other. See the time stamp of this video from Evildousharm: https://youtu.be/IDsXrcqlcSA?t=249
Or patch notes where this was noted as changed? Thanks very much!
Does each chapter drop rate buff extend the duration or does it just reset it to the hour duration?
It extends
As an endgame way to get some extra stat boosts , it is worthwhile I guess , but you will have nothing else to spend silver on then.
