Secret Book of Florin is a powerful item that gives Life Mastery +100 and Life Skill Exp +20% for 60 minutes. It is obtained via repeatable quests from Liana, located in every major city.
In order to obtain these quests, find NPC Liana in most major cities.
The quests give a maximum of 3 Secret Book of Florin each week.
Liana’s daily quests and some of the weekly quests give a good amount of Life Skill experience as well.
These quests share with your family, so you can pick them up on an alt if needed and finish them on someone else. But keep in mind Liana will only offer lower exp quests to inexperienced alts at whatever level they are eligible for.

You can do 1 weekly quest per Life Skill, that resets every Thursday at midnight. Training has 2 weekly quests you can do.
Processing, Trading, Sailing, and Barter seem to be excluded from Liana’s weekly Life Skill quests.

You cannot accept or complete more than one [Weekly] [Fishing], [Weekly] [Crossroad], or [Weekly] [Farming] quest each week. These quests give the same amount of items and exp, so it’s a matter of preference. If you do one, you cannot complete the other.
TIP: You can pick up one weekly quest per Life Skill on any alt, no matter their Life Skill level, and complete it on a different character.

What is needed to unlock these quests? My alt now, level 29 from gathering, Shai, Professional 5 Gathering, Cooking Apprentice, etc. cannot see anything but the Floramos quest from Lianna. I came here hoping to find what is needed to unlock these quests. Main is level 61 season, but I think there is a questline somewhere needed, but cannot find it.
Hello there! As far as I know there are no other level or quest restrictions. Have you double checked your quest log to see if you already picked them up on a different character? This has happened to me before. I have a habit of smashing the R key sometimes. 😛 The quests share with family, but they might get buried and not easy to see on different characters.
If you click on the gear next to your quests, you can get to quest settings. Make sure you have Life Quests and Other Quests selected in order to see the weekly and daily quests respectively.
