IMPORTANT UPDATE: Refined Magical Black Stones were removed from the game with patch December 20, 2023.
It was used to guarantee enhancement of Tuvala Gear for certain levels.
Refined Magical Black Stone:
- 100% Enhancement Chance to gain PRI (I), DUO (II), and TRI (III)
- only available during a limited time to aid Season Characters
- can be stored and transferred during the Season only
- easily obtainable via quests or grinding
100% Enhancement Chance:
- PRI: 10 Refined Magical Black Stones
- DUO: 15 Refined Magical Black Stones
- TRI: 20 Refined Magical Black Stones

40 Refined Magical Black Stone can be obtained every week via kill quests.
Rewards:

Refined Magical Black Stone are obtained via drops from many grinding spots on a Season Server.
The average drop rate is about 20 per hour with the correct kill speed and location.

Refined Magical Black Stones are an inexpensive way to gain TRI. They do NOT use up your Failstacks or Enhancement Chance.
TIP: The best time to use Refined Magical Black Stone is when you are upgrading from DUO (II) to TRI (III) ehancement level, due to the scarcity of these rare stones. But if you find that these are plentiful for you right now, use them to gain PRI and DUO as well.

Refined Stones via Rift’s Echo
1 to 3 Refined Magical Black Stones are dropped for each boss from a Rift’s Echo.
Rift’s Echo is a rare item that spawns a boss event, in which 3 or more different bosses spawn in consecutive order on Season Server.
Lucky players may get a rare boss spawn that gives a large amount of Refined Magical Black Stone

Refined Magical Black Stones via Ancient Weapon Event
Kill a certain amount of mobs and there is a chance an Ancient Weapon Invasion Event may start.
- Spawn Locations: Mediah and Valencia monster zones
- A warning message will appear and Ancient Weapons will spawn after 5 minutes
- The more adventurers there are nearby, the more will spawn.
- Expect an event boss to spawn.

Great, my lowest level Tufala armor is TRI, so how do I change refined magical blackstones into something useable?
Unfortunately, they can’t be exchanged for anything. You can sell them for 200k silver each at a vendor though.
