Tuvala Gear – Season & Beyond
Tuvala gear is not limited to Season characters anymore. Anyone in your family can enhance and wear Tuvala. Buy extra Tuvala gear and accessories at Blacksmiths in major cities like Velia (Tranan Underfoe).
Tuvala gear has the same stats as Yellow-grade boss gear (Kzarka, Kutum, Dim Tree), but is easier to enhance. It’s enhanced with Black Stones from +1 to +15 and Concentrated Magical Black Stones from PRI to PEN.
Season Pass often rewards Tuvala gear & accessories already enhanced. You collect these and other pass rewards by completing certain objectives. The current Season pass rewards an entire set of PEN Tuvala gear and accessories by level 59.
Enhancing Tuvala Armor & Weapons
Base Tuvala gear is sold by Blacksmiths in major cities across the world in every zone. Tuvala armor and weapons cost 1 million silver each; the accessories cost 500k silver each. If you didn’t receive PEN Tuvala gear from Season pass rewards you can always purchase it and enhance it yourself.
Enhancing Tuvala Gear is fairly easy compared to boss gear. The base enhancement chance is 100% or very high for levels +1 to TRI. Even if the enhancement fails, the Agris Essence meter is low (2-4), so it will convert those few failures into 100% success fairly fast. If you fail TET Tuvala Armor enhancement 4x, the Agris Meter will have pity on you with a 100% guaranteed enhancment on your 5th attempt.

Please Note for PEN gear enhancements!
PEN Tuvala Enhancement is a little bit trickier. If you fail to enhance from TET to PEN, the TET will downgrade into a TRI! Crons can’t be used to safeguard from downgrading to TRI. To avoid frustration, I recommend applying a nice enhancement failstack of +60 or more.
A +60 failstack will raise the enhancement success chance to 30%, a +70 failstack will raise it to 35%, and a +80 will raise it to 40%. You see where this is going. The gamble is up to you.

Recovering Max Durability on Tuvala Gear
When the Max Durability on your gear reaches zero, you can no longer wear it or enhance it. You must recover its Max Durability at a Blacksmith. Some Stable Keepers & Wharf Managers will also recover Max Durability, but not all.
There are 3 materials that can recover Max Durability on Tuvala gear:
- Identical piece of Tuvala gear: recovers 10 Max Durability
- Time-filled Fragment: recovers 5 Max Durability
- Memory Fragment: recovers 1 Max Durability
Tuvala gear is sold by Blacksmiths in major cities across the world in every zone. Tuvala armor and weapons cost 1 million silver each; the accessories cost 500k silver each. Unless you are seriously broke, use identical pieces of gear for recovering Max Durability.
Click the Repair > Recover Max Durability option at the Blacksmith. In the window, highlight the item you want repaired, then select the repair material you want to use below that.
You can choose to use Artisan’s Memory to recover x5 the Max Durabilty that the material alone would. For example: using Artisan’s Memory with an identical piece of gear would recover 50 Max Durability instead of 10. In my opinion, this would be a serious waste of Artisan’s Memory – buy more pieces of identical gear instead!
Enhancing Tuvala Accessories
Tuvala accessories have 5 levels of enhancement: PRI to PEN. Instead of Black Stones, an identical accessory is used as the enhancement material. PRI to TRI accessory enhancement is 100% guaranteed to succeed. The TET & PEN enhancement chance is very low just like with the gear, so use a failstack. If you fail the enhancement both accessories will be destroyed and you’ll have to start over with base accessories and try again.
Crons can’t be used to safeguard from destruction, but failstacks can be used to increase your chance of enhancement success. Thankfully, the Agris Essence meter is low (3-4), and the game keeps track of failures even though both accessories are destroyed. If you fail at TET Tuvala Necklace enhancement, the Agris Meter will rise by 1 of 3. If you fail the TET Tuvala Necklace enhancement x3, your 4th enhancement will be 100% guaranteed.
